Panettone 300 grams 2 slices
Dark chocolate 200 g
White chocolate 300 g
Liquid fresh cream 275 g
To prepare the panettone skewers with two chocolate fondues, start with the preparation of the dark chocolate fondue. Heat a saucepan with 150 g of fresh liquid cream 1 and, in the meantime, coarsely chop up the dark chocolate 2 which you will place in a small bowl. Add the cream a little at a time while continuing to stir to melt the chocolate 3.
You'll have to get a smooth and homogeneous compound 4 that you'll keep aside. Then, make a white chocolate fondue: finely chop the second chocolate 5 and pour it into a sardine that you will place on a saucepan with water that boils gently 6. If possible, avoid the water touching the bottom of the sardine to melt the chocolate even more gently in a bain-marie.
Add 125 g of cream at room temperature 7 and continue stirring to melt the chocolate 8 until the ingredients are well blended and you have obtained a smooth and homogeneous fondue 9.
At this point proceed by cutting the slices of panettone of equal size from which to obtain cubes 10. Place them on a drip pan covered with baking paper not superimposed on top of each other so that they are uniformly cooked 11. Bake them in a preheated ventilated oven at 190°C for 8 minutes (or in a preheated static oven for about 16 minutes at 210°C). After the cooking time has elapsed, take the wooden skewers and pierce three cubes of panettone each, spaced slightly apart 12. Repeat the operation until all the panettone cubes are finished.
You can serve the panettone skewers with the two fondues next to them in separate bowls or decorate them directly by pouring white chocolate fondue 13 and dark chocolate 14 over them. The panettone skewers with the two chocolate fondue are now ready to be brought to the party table to delight your guests 15!
