When will my order ship?

To ensure freshness, every Panettone is made upon the order being placed and take up to 3 days to prepare. Once ready, they will be shipped right away.

Where do your orders ship from?

All our Panettone is shipped directly from the bakery.

How long does the delivery take?

Once shipped, orders normally take 1 - 10 business days to arrive depending on your ship-to-address.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is marked as shipped, a tracking number will be added to it and you will receive an email from The Panettone stating that your shipping information has been updated. Click on the "View your Order" button in the email and then on the tracking number on the tracking # in the "Other tracking number" section of the Thank you page to track your package.




I want to cancel my order, how I can do so?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing your order. You can do so by sending us an email at info@thepanettone.com or by sending us a message by clicking here

Please make sure to have the email you used to place the order and your order number handy.

How long will my panettone last?

Fresh bakery bought panettone normally has a shelf life of 30 to 45 days.

How do I store my panettone?

To ensure its freshness, please keep it tightly sealed in the bag that it comes in and store it at room temperature away from direct heat or sunlight.

How do I slice my panettone?

We like to cut the panettone in half with the paper mold still on and cut the halves into the desired slice sizes.

Are there possible allergic ingredients in the panettone?

All our panettones contain wheat, eggs, nuts and milk products. They may also contains traces of sesame seeds.
