Canova Pasticceria is considered a real “hidden gem” of Edmonton’s Northside. This bakery was founded by husband-wife Kris Owczarek & Carla Roppo which were making hand-dipped biscotti and gemelli fruit since 2012 under the brand DeFazio Gourmet.

Upon re-branded to Canova Pasticceria the Owczareks expanded their product line to many other pastries including the most popular Mister Christmas cake the Panettone.
