Panditoni was founded by Daniele D’Amico, a native Italian, who moved to Brooklyn in 2010.
Daniele has been passionate about baking and caring for his pasta madre, originally from Sardegna, supposedly dating back from mid 1900’s. This is how Paneditoni came to be, born out of the love of baking.
Our Panettones are traditional, using only fresh ingredients, no preservatives and no yeast. The irresistible aromas, fragrance and flavor of oranges, lemon and vanilla welcomes you, before tasting the fluffy and light consistency of the bread.
